Energetic Chemical Specialties, Inc., known also as the The Energetic Group began supplying UV coatings in 1983 to the tag and label market and has since grown to serve these and other markets worldwide. As an example of our performance and innovation, we were the first to market a fast cure, non-yellowing, chemically resistant label coating in 1983 followed by our Skelbond UV laminating adhesive in 1986. The company still focuses on UV/EB coatings and adhesives in primarily flexo and screen viscosities and does custom development for existing customers.. All products are produced in our 6,000 s.f. plant in Long Branch, NJ where an expansion is due to complete in 2010. All items can usually be shipped from HQ or other locations within 24 hours upon prior stocking arrangement.
