Features
. Economical high gloss UV product for paper with moderate cure speed, low odor and color,
good adhesion and slip, in a mild, low viscosity formulation.

Warranty, Storage and Handling
Product warranted for 6 months from date of shipment for any unused portion proven defective, therefore do not mix used material with fresh product. Some loss in cure speed is normal upon extended storage.
Store below 90 F. Product may contain combustible material; keep away from open flame, heat and light.
Avoid using circulating pumps which generate significant heat. Use only peristaltic or other low heat pumps with opaque hose to prevent possible premature polymerization.
Do not add used material back into original container. Save separately for next use.
Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid prolonged or repeated breathing of vapor. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Wear chemical resistant gloves and wash thoroughly after handling.

SKELBONDtm 114-PP UV Laminating Adhesive
Features
. High cure speed, low odor, economical adhesive bonds polyethylene and polypropylene to printable films, foils and papers. Ideal for beverage, condiment and many other labels.
. Minimum average press speeds of 300 FPM are to be expected using two 300 watt-per-inch
medium pressure UV lamps while 350-400 FPM is attainable.
Product Use
. For best adhesion results corona treat films. Typically applied flexo using 400 L/A or finer laydown. Allow at least 2 minutes for post cure to occur before peel testing. Use minimum cure
cycle to achieve desired adhesion. Avoid overcuring.
