Features
. High cure speeds, excellent gloss and chemical resistance, low odor and color, good adhesion and slip, in a mild formulation. Economical UV product developed for paper and suitable for use under many adverse end use conditions when applied thinly. Not recommended for impregnated or other specialty papers or films or foils unless specifically tested and approved by customer under actual end-use conditions. Energetic's All-Cure tm products are recommended for these other uses.
. Minimum average press speeds of 300 FPM are attainable using two 300 watt-per-inch medium pressure UV lamps.

Product warranted for 6 months from date of shipment for any unused portion proven defective, therefore do not mix used material with fresh product. Some loss in cure speed is normal upon extended storage.

Avoid using circulating pumps which generate significant heat. Use only peristaltic or other low heat pumps with opaque hose to prevent possible premature polymerization.
Do not add used material back into original container. Save separately for next use.

SKELBOND tm 114 PP-DG UV Laminating Adhesive
Features
. High cure speed, low odor, adhesive bonds polyethylene and polypropylene to printable films, foils and papers even over digital inks. Ideal for beverage, condiment and many other labels.
When using digital inks, corona treatment of the dried ink should be employed
.Minimum average press speeds of 150 FPM are to be expected using two 300 watt-per-inch medium pressure UV lamps. 200-+ FPM is attainable.
Product Use
For best adhesion results, corona treat films. Typically applied flexo using 400 L/A or finer laydown. Allow at least 2 minutes for post cure to occur before peel testing. Use minimum cure necessary
to obtain adhesion and avoid curl.

SKELTACK tm UV PSA/Laminating Adhesive
Features
. Versatile - can be used as a general purpose UV pressure sensitive adhesive or UV laminating adhesive for difficult substrates and films. As a UVPSA, depending on substrate, thickness and cure speeds used, adhesion can vary from semi-permanent to permanent, transferable or non-transferable.
. As a UVPSA, minimum average press speeds of 150 FPM are attainable at 1 mil thickness using two 300 watt-per-inch medium pressure UV lamps. It is recommended that product be tested at two coating thicknesses and at high and low cure speeds for evaluation purposes.
As a laminating adhesive, two methods can be used, i.e., apply then cure adhesive in between transparent films, or apply and cure adhesive and than attach and nip (especially suited for opaque materials)

SKELMELTtm UV Laminating/ Heat Activated Adhesive
Features
. General purpose cold and heat activated UV laminating adhesive for bonding ldpe to itself and to polyester and other materials and for blister packs and heat sealable pouches.
Mild, low color, low odor formula which yields clear films upon cold and hot laminating.
. Minimum average press speeds of 120 FPM are attainable at .25 mil thickness using three 300 watt-per-inch medium pressure UV lamps exposed, i.e thru 6 mil ldpe/pes/ldpe trilam. Colors may cure 20% slower. Three 400 watt lamps should give 160 FPM. It is recommended that product be tested at two coating thicknesses.
